it's still REALLY jarring playing Kiwami after 0 and seeing Kiryu just resign from his chairman position and then make ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ TERADA the fifth chairman. I mean, your options are:
A - Right hand man of your mentor for AT LEAST 17 years, which you've personally KNOWN for these 17 years and who you clearly TRUST.
B - Some guy that your mentor kinda sorta knew and that helped you out once.
I mean, the fact that Kiryu is even able to look Kashiwagi in the eyes after Y1 is baffling, biggest ♥♥♥♥ move of Kiryu's whole life, ffs maybe if Kashiwagi was the fith chairman, the Tojo Clan wouldn't have been busy falling off in every damn game. Also, choosing an alcoholic nepobaby over Kashiwagi AGAIN at the start of 2 is a decision as bonkers as the previous one. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, just don't make Kiryu nominate anyone to any position of power ever again...

No humans are supposed to be doing this. You know what ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ humans are supposed to be doing? Humans are supposed to be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ picking up like a wheelbarrow full of like, logs and just like, slowly walking with it you and then and delivering those logs to the like to the community, and then like those logs are used to build houses. And then there's also like a baker, and like a butcher, and... no humans aren't supposed to be doing what we're doing right now. Humans aren't supposed to be doing this! Like, we're supposed to be like: 'Oh howdy, how are you? Good to see ya!' We're not supposed to be like: 'Gugguda gugguda gu gu gugguga gu gu gu gu guggugugguda!' No! My name is Kiryu 'Kazzy' Kazuma. I'm 50 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Kamurocho, where all the homeless tents are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Tojo Clan and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I smoke heavily, and drink a lot. I'm in bed by 12 PM, and make sure I get four hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm sake and doing about 4 hours of fighting Drunkards before going to bed, I usually have extreme problems sleeping until morning. Just like a Chairman, I wake up in a cold sweat in the morning. I was told there were several issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care to trouble myself with enemies, like winning and losing, because it's the only thing i've ever known. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to Tiger Drop I wouldn't lose to anyone.
