Fun little couch party game, looks really pretty. It doesn't have online matchmaking but it works well on Steam Play. Like a lot of retro style games, it's simple but definitely takes some time to master.

Was recommended this by a friend, and we played at the same time, but didn't tell answers. It's a nice game but even though it expressly says it isn't, it's 100% a personality test. It's very positive though. But the questions are always the same, and weren't as intimate as they could be.

For a free game, this was a good waste of an hour. But I regret paying for it.

Good game! Had a lot of fun playing this with a friend and I think it's worth the money. But there's just the one level for now so not much replay-ability. Still, fun experience and very spooky even with friends.

Also, the main enemy alien is very shy. I think she has body image issues, and uses eating humans as a coping mechanism. I call her Rachel and I think after we escape she should really take some time to "Find herself" and try not to let all the comments her mother made define her self-image.

Ever since I first stumbled on "Baman and Piderman" I've been a massive fan of SmallBu animations. And this is JAM PACKED with cute, bouncy, lively, lovable, and absurd characters. And the story it tells is creative and unpredictable.

A wholesome jaunt through a unique and punny wold. 10/10

I loved playing the arcade game with my friends, and this remastered game is great. It's simplistic enough to pick up and play with anyone, so it's a great party game. I love it!

As of now, I have about 450 hours on this game. Still haven't made it to rank 5. I'm a long ways off, actually.
[edit] I play with friends enough to get to 840 hours. I'm up to rank 5, nearing rank 6. They did slightly improve the grind since I started, but it's still really bad. Don't spend money on this game. End edit.

Aside from the unrealistic grind of the game, it's super unbalanced. Devs seem to buff and nerf vehicles at random, point values for tasks (kills, base captures, ect) are not awarded on difficulty, and the maps themselves seem to always favor one side or the other.

And don't even get me started on the loot boxes and overpriced vehicles...

This game is a fun simulator game, but the developers are not good at making a good multiplayer experience.

Pros:
What sets this game apart for me is the asymmetrical combat. Games that can do uneaven teams in a fair way are rare, and Crawl does it better than most.

I also enjoy that this game has so many things going on, but it still manages to keep it simple enough that new players can pick up and play without much of a learning curve.

Lastly, the unlock system is a nice way of "progressing" in a multiplayer game, and I found myself playing solo against the surprisingly formitible AI to see what other goodies the game has.

Cons:
There's no built-in system for online play. (But with some short setup time, my friends and I were able to use Parsec to get around this.)

With only one game mode, plus a small survival mode thrown in there's not much more to do once you've put a few hours into this game. Would love to see this expanded a bit.
