If your game doesn't open/crashes when opening, here is the solution.

DO NOT UNINSTALL UPLAY!

Step 1: Download UPLAY PLUS!
Step 2: Make sure your current Uplay is closed (Do not uninstall).
Step 3: Run the installation!
Step 4: Launch the game once it's installed!

I was having issues as everyone else! I went to steam. Downloaded the game. Uninstalled... I did the verify and still having issues. Then I did the following steps! I believe Steam is using an outdated Uplay that installs by itself? Because, this is my first time going to their website and downloading it and BAM! It's WORKING
