Also, since you did not give information, I shall:

Jimmee is the owner of the PURE CARNAGE server, which is an Australian TF2 custom map server (Which also does map testing) with active admins and a great (If slightly noob at Team Fortress 2) community.

Jimmee himself is awesome, and that's about all I know.
