Absolutely fantastic. The new best virtual reality game and a more-than-welcome follow-up in the Half Life series. It builds upon the Half Life story with great direct and environmental storytelling. The visuals are absolutely top notch, vividly photoreal and alien. The gameplay mixes excellent VR action with interesting exploration - retaining the fresh, innovative, and exciting virtual reality interaction while providing incredible accessibility to allow for all VR gamers while also having a slow ramp-up, allowing new players to enjoy the harrowing City 17 while challenging VR vets.

This is an absolute must-buy game. Every gamer must play this.

The most advanced VR simulation yet. The game world is interesting. The music is great. The puzzles have a lot of different solutions (I know I've solved some only to later realize there was a more direct way of solving).

Honestly it's a bit like Tresspasser, only done right.

The best Star Wars game in ages, just below the likes of Tie Fighter, KOTOR, and Rogue Squadron II. This Star Wars game packs better storytelling than the last few decades of Star Wars movies, Dark Souls-lite gameplay that is engaging yet forgiving, fun exploration of intriguing Metroid Prime-ish environments, Tomb Raider-ish puzzles, Uncharted-esque setpieces, and appealing visuals.

It's not the most polished game, but it has more heart than many. The game also doesn't do anything new, but it shows that a game can combine the likes of Dark Souls and Uncharted without feeling disjointed.

Have you ever set wood to fire, to watch it burn so that a pool of lava would pour down into an area filled with enemies? Have you ever dipped into a pool of whiskey only for a trap to start shocking the whiskey, you splutter to the surface, injured and drunk? Have you ever lived out D&D-esque adventures accompanied by a soundtrack reminiscent of Goblin's best?

Noita is the emergent physics based fantasy roguelike you've always wanted.

Game was excellent before they made changes to it and after and again when they changed it back, and again when they change it again, and again when they change it back for the second time and...

Don't be a dumbass. Buy it.

An all time classic of turn based strategy. Disgaea offers tons of challenges to conquer, and a lot of different ways to do it. Full of unique mechanics and great gameplay balance, Disgaea is worth hundreds of hours of play.

The madman did it. This is the one. This is the "Metroidvania" *retches violently* you've been waiting for.

Rarely do we get professional a remake of this quality that is both free and pushes technology to the absolute limit. Besides being the best looking game of 2019, Quake 2 RTX actually changes up the gameplay with its lighting mechanics. Quake 2 was already a great game, and stands head and sholders over the vast majority of modern FPS, but this update makes the game better than ever. Now I just hope some other classics like Doom and Quake 1 get similar treatment.

Runs near perfect 60fps on a 2080 at 1080p max details if you disable Steam overlay (it's a bug).

A game should never nickel and dime you when you've paid as much as this game costs. This absolutely must be fixed.

Update: While NetherRealm has mitigated some of the customer exploitation, the game still has a lot of exploitative elements. Want Kitana without a mask for example? Prepare to spend millions of credits, as the source for it costs 75K each try, is random, and provides dupes among a large pool of items.
