I'm not gonna lie. The game has the "potential" to be a solid competitive shooter.
However, there are so many reasons why this game has yet to become the top competitive shooter it promised to be.

1. Clustered & Chaotic UI
- LET ME FOCUS ON THE SHOOTING EXPERIENCE! This game has one of the best satisfying hits, and when you shoot someone, it makes it hard to enjoy those crucial gameplay moments by clogging up your screen with TOO MUCH INFO. Let. Me. Focus. On. The. Shooting. PLEASE.
- Also, most of the time, I can't even tell what the texts are saying cause they're so tiny and blends in with the background elements. You realize that you don't have to use texts to show that someone is using their abilities, or affected by scans or whatnot, right? There are ways to visualize DOT, Scanned enemies (like that stupid floating name when you scan enemies with Soy or YoungSik's drone), and abilities on a cooldown. 👏👏👏 VISUALIZE THAT SHIZ, Don't rely on texts. It hurts my eyes and takes away from the gameplay elements that I actually enjoy.
- Also, texts don't make sense most of the time! I can't tell what "Decreased shoulder-fire aim speed" means!

2. Agents
Honestly, they just lack characters. Like, in most games, you need something a gamer needs to be attached to, and this game is just so bad at it. All of the characters in the game lack originality and rely too much on stereotypes which are not even that interesting, to begin with.
Make some out-game content, not those poorly written lores you have put on your websites. I can't even follow the story, and there is no really interesting content I could find worth investing my time and effort searching for. Your game's world doesn't stand out among other top runners, like Valorant, Apex Legends, Overwatch, or even CS.
Please invest in building up your world for your casual player base so they have something to invest their time in. Without content for the casual players, I do not see your game lasting long as plenty of replacements do it better than your game.

There are more things I would give feedback on the game, but I'm tired and wanna go do other things.

The game is well made with lots of contents. It needs some smoother camera rotations and tips for new players. The server disconnects sometimes but still pretty stable. Might be harder for players who play alone because there is a guild or people who play together. Overall its a pretty good game to play.
