It's Ghostbusters, you don't need any other reason to not get it.
No Seriously though, it's definitely one of the best Content Packs. All of the items are very useful, even if you don't want a Ghostbusters part of your park. This also goes along very well with the Studios Pack and Spooky Pack, and you can create cities also. You should definitely get it.

I don't usually put reviews for games, but this game is really good. Probably the best theme park simulator in a long time. The game can start off slow, but once you build your park more, it gets really fun. Also tip of advice, set a guest limit or your park for better FPS.
