As much as I enjoyed the gameplay and graphics, the story just isn't great. It's definitely not up to par compared to the classic titles. I felt like there were lots unanswered questions, lack of depth/detail, and gaps in the story itself. Nothing like Halo 2 or 3. These earlier games felt like you were working towards something great, and significant. This however, felt like a chore a lot of the time, with countless rooms of enemies only to be rewarded by a mediocre cutscene, part of an empty story. (Ignore my Steam hours played, I played it on the Windows store using game pass). The open world aspect was refreshing, but that was about it. I was very much looking forward to this game, but I was ultimately disappointed.

I'm sure this would be great for those who do lots of multiplayer, as the gameplay mechanics are fantastic, and a lot of fun. If you are getting this for the story however, don't expect the great experience that the earlier games gave us.

Despite the bugs and general feeling of being unfinished, this game is amazing. The world is incredibly immersive and graphics are beautiful. It provides an overwhelmingly detailed and hypnotic atmosphere, something which even GTA V hasn't given me. There's always so much going on around you, busy markets, random shootouts, groups in conversation which have real dialogue, LOADS of random side missions in addition to story side missions, lots of general world interaction into buildings and multiple walkway street levels etc

Excited to see what CDPR can do to polish this up. If you want an immersive and busy open world game experience, I absolutely recommend.

Early Access Review
After playing Master Reboot, I had high hopes for this game. The puzzles and entire layout of the game are so well organised and really make you explore the maps. Simplistic maps and textures combined with the lighting effects make for really enjoyable and relaxing gameplay. Not to mention the great soundtrack!

If you're tired of the boring repetitive FPS games, and enjoy a good puzzle story experience with something completely different, definately give this a go and you won't be dissapointed! This absolutely exceeded my expectations, and it hasn't even been fully released yet!

Although Dead Space 2 and 3 might have been more fun in terms of gameplay, the pure story and horror of the original simply remains unbeaten. If you enjoy being immersed in a real survival sci-fi environment, you must try this. You won't be dissapointed!

Possibly the most unique game I have ever played. I read some people have had problems with the game mechanics such as aiming, but I've had none. This game really sets itself apart from both the traditional storylines and gameplay style. Graphics are beautiful too. If Wales Interactive create a Master Reboot 2, I'd have no hesitation in getting it. If you're looking for something different I'd highly recommend this!
