Can't recommend this game enough. Rare to find games with in-depth furry character customization, but there are human options too. The game play is SOOOO fun! I could spend hours just salvaging for materials, crafting, decorating. The environments are so pretty and the music is relaxing and legitimately enjoyable. I find myself humming along with the music, every track is genuinely good. I like just wandering and exploring too, interacting with everything I can. I can't wait for future updates and to see what they end up doing with the game. For 25 bucks it's really worth it, I honestly would paid 35 for this game easy and I can tell I'll get a LOT of hours out of Critter Cove. If you're on the fence just pull the trigger, you won't regret it.

I love this game. I enjoy the music, the gameplay, and not having to gift things to residents lol. It is grindy, that's something I actually like. After a long day of work it's great to turn my brain off and grind mats while listening to the music and reading the super cute and goofy dialogue. The main storyline is paced well too, it takes a bit of time for things to progress so new quests are always trickling in, it's easy to get attached to the adorable characters. I'm excited for what's to come for this game, I do hope the devs continue to update it as time goes on. :)

There's a glitch that makes the game unplayable later on in the game. As soon as you buy the witch broom, which is mandatory for a quest to progress the main story, the UI starts glitching, it makes the planting menu freeze and doesn't respond to any input. I saw that this bug had been reported before, but nothing is being done to fix it. $20 is WAY too much for a game that doesn't even work towards the end.

Man I wanted to like this so much but I'm already tired of typing sentimental cliches over and over. I wish the words to type were just randomized words and gibberish sentences, I don't wanna absorb these schmaltzy mantras into my mind.

Cute game, simple RPG. If you do all of the battles it'll take about 2-2.5 hours to beat, it's a fun little romp.

an amazingly good game. the style of the graphics is so cool, and I love all of the artwork and music. there's an insane amount of replay ability, even if you play through all of the mysteries there are additional paths to take, enemies to encounter, and events that can be character/condition specific so there's always something else to discover. it's also a very challenging game at the harder difficulties and takes a good deal of skill when it comes to decision making.
onr downside is that the game dev doesn't seem to be as active as one would like, but I think it's because they handle the entire game themselves; I think if they added a couple people to the team it would help keep the game updated and fresh, potentially getting new purchases. but hey, that may not be their goal, life gets hectic and this could be just a passion project for them. it's still DEFINITELY worth a purchase, even if there are no further updates there is a ton of content here to enjoy!

Harvest Moon but better, so much more to do and much more customizable! I love it so far. :D

Super cute and fun, great little board game..

It's not a bad game for being free! I really had no issue with it other than the length of it. I understand it's a free game but it's not something that I can recommend, it was pretty boring to me and offered nothing in the way of gameplay. It definitely feels like an experimental game that a student designer made, and if you're into that just to check it out that's great, but as a game it doesn't have anything to offer. It is pretty though! Again I can't really recommend it because there's practically nothing to recommend.
