DEMOCRACY ACHIEVED HELLDIVERS

My history knowledge is pretty bad, so I'm just assuming you play as the good guys.

I came into this, never having played Final Fantasy Tactics. I just achieved every single achievement for this game, including the DLC, and can safely say that I got my money's worth.

Many people argue that it's difficult to build the "perfect" character, due to the class mastery system. But I don't think the game is too hard to complete without constantly switching classes. It isn't a massive grind fest with billions of numbers, like Disgaea games, but I would say that at least some grinding is needed.

*I did complete the game by trying to master every single class, though, so I might be wrong. But after all the time I spent, this is what I've surmised.

The story isn't anything to write home about; it's just captivating enough to keep you going, but it's almost too straightforward to inspire any speculation. That might be my biggest gripe with the game, though it didn't stop me from playing the ♥♥♥♥ out of all of the content, twice.

That aside, the environment isn't bad, and the music is pretty good. Simple cutscenes are elevated through their use to make a kind of reflective atmosphere.

Go buy this game; you won't regret it.
