Aside from a couple of annoying bugs, and a tiny few gamebreaking ones, this game has been running pretty well since launch. The gameplay is fun and I'm immersed in the story, and if nothing else it scratches a very deep itch I've had since I finished Deus Ex. If you can live with a few bugs until they get patched, I definitely recommend getting this game.

+Crazy replayability
+Standalone DLC adventures that still manages to remain intimately connected to the main storyline
+Getting hooked on blackjack and getting your ass banned from every casino in the wasteland
+Patrolling the Mojave almost makes you wish for a nuclear winter

Cons
-Even with plenty of community bugfixes and stability mods, crashes do happen from time to time
-The Gamebryo engine is absolute trash, and Bethesda is trash for still using it
