A must have for VR, especially if you already like shooting games.
Very rewarding gameplay and a decently sized player base. think of it as CS:Go but YOU have to aim the gun, reload and crouch in cover.
great amount of weapons to choose from with the addition of a few attachments.
due to its integration with steam workshop there is also a great number of different maps including classics from your favourite shooters
You will need a a reasonable amount of space to play this game and enough space for your sensors to see you crouching, picking up weapons off the floor and putting your arms high in the air

The game's mechanics are down and there are no apparent bugs. Another VR game that could give you longevity and hours of play rather than just being a gimmick you only play to show your friends VR
You play sitting in a chair and dont need to swing your arms out far so if you dont have too much space this game is a good idea

There's quite a few mech variants however the differences are mostly size,speed,amount of possible weapons and health along with the look of said mech.
There's a nice variation of weapons also with a good choice for combinations.
The game has quite a few maps although i wouldn't say that they are very distinguishable from each other. its mostly just different colour planets
The controls look a bit daunting at first however after doing the 3 tutorials and playing a game you'll have all of the controls down
There are a few options to change how your character looks however this isn't so important as its only seen by players when you talk in game or in lobby if they look at the avatar screen however its a nice addition.
Hopefully the Devs keep adding to this game and working on it as it really has the potential to be a front runner for VR games.

An absolute Gem of a game for those who like never ending skill ceilings, RP, casual and competitive play.
The Good
It has an incredibly indepth character creator that has spawned clans, memes and downright frankenstein's monster creations.
The graphics and sound design of the game are top tier. For such a small team, they have created a stunning game with sound affects that become addicting to hear.
Its core mechanical gameplay is amazing and you'll not get an experience like it anywhere else. Fights feel intense and immersive and as you get better at the game they become incredibly satisfying.
Although the community is small there are a number of active clans and regular players that hop on every day like its an addiction

The Bad
Map design is somewhat lack luster for most the game-modes, the maps looks pretty but suffer from poor Optimization and generally don't create a enjoyable flow of battle with a few maps ending in up with a running simulator in order to push the objective
There is quite a lack of maps for the main game modes which after a few hundred hours get somewhat tiring to play on, especially the poorly made maps.

The Ugly
For the most part, the community is very nice but the bad eggs can be bad enough to push some people away from the game. this can range from racial insults, targeted insults by finding your steam profile or following you server to server to grief your games. The only advice I can offer for this is muting certain individuals and making sure to use the console command key with playerlist to grab up peoples I'D's if they take griefing or trash talk too far (this is a bannable offence)

As you get better at the game, you'll learn to break it somewhat which starts to make the game look less and less realistic and more of a drunken fight of super fast attacks and some attacks that stop mid swing hop over your head and then hit you. If you are looking for a perfectly authentic combat sim then this game will probably upset you but if you can adapt and accept those wonky mechanics it allows for much higher tier gameplay.

Its a very nice and wholesome game for parents to play with their kids. its like a young kids book made into game form with puzzles and albeit clunky kayak controls that may require you restarting the game.

This game isn't for everyone. In fact, I'd say its for a very specific type of person.

The type of person that can complete this game is someone who looks at themself when asking why did they lose progress or "fail" rather than blaming the game, mouse, pc ect. Which is a great metaphor for life really.

Those who succeed in life are those who focus on the goal and adapt to the enviroment and those who fail are those who blame everything and everyone else around them for their failure.

This game taught me that sometimes, a little genocide is a good thing.

I've had a on and off relationship with this game but I'll still recommend this game to anyone looking to play a fresh team based fps. great variety of characters to play from, fresh free dlc every few months that includes maps and sometimes characters (albeit less frequent now as the number of maps has started to get a bit silly) aswell as a great deal of custom skins for both weapons and characters. large player base and a good learning curve for long lasting play.
I've never had a game that's engrossed me like this especially during ranked

I give this game a rating of 9 out of 10 years it has aged me for each stressful ranked clutch.
