I cannot explain this game in a comment. Best I got is ninja robot sorcerer demons (maybe angels?) in space, beyond that you kinda just have to play it.

Soundtrack is f***ing boss, too. Movement options are top tier. Basically every playstyle you want to try is an option. SO MANY OPTIONS. Yes, there's grind. But platinum trading system allows you to choose your grind (play what you want, trade stuff from there for plat, spend plat to bypass grind you don't want)

Game is fun as hell. Recent changes have me using different strategems than I was 2 weeks ago too (many more loadout options now imo). As of 6-20-24 tho there are still huge bugs to work out (not talking about bile titans). Biggest one atm is getting stuck on hellpod loading screen every 2 or 3 games requiring alt+f4 to get out.

If you're a 'try, try again' kind of gamer like me, and you like rhythm games, prepare to set out wanting to play an hour or two and then finding yourself at the end of a 5+ hour session wondering where the time went. Great soundtrack, fun enemies, and kinda cool (if pretty short) story, too.
