The game is a shameless cash grab with little to no features from from bb2. The amount of cash shops items is equal if not worse to a free-to-play game seeing as it launched only days ago.

Want to build your players into huge mutated monsters like you can in bb2?
-Not possible, mutations aren't visible now for some reason
Want to choose from the very few customization options but still customization options?
-Pay money

Blood bowl 3 also won't let you make an offline pve tournament. You will be stuck playing the same "tutorial games" over and over if you want to build a team.

I was personally looking forward to this as i used blood bowl 2 as a time killer. Mostly just played pve against bots and tried to build my teams into actual monsters :D I did buy bb3 early, and got 1k of the currency you have to pay for. But literally everything outside of
changing colors on the armor is behind that currency.

Even with the 1000 gems or whatver... I didn't spend a single one, but instead refunded. Very disappointed to see an amazing game like blood bowl 2, turn into a cash grab sequal.


The is also buggy as all hell. Even when playing offline the enemy characters will jump all over the place (Happened already once in the tutorial and twice in the pve game after after that). The camera jumps all over the place. The dice rolls are super overwhelming as they keep going and going all over with no sense to any of it.


Don't but this one. If you want to have fun with blood bowl... Buy 2. Skip this one untill it's a proper game instead of a free-to-play game behind a price tag

The only good thing worth mentioning would be that the tutorial of the game is pretty decent. Even if i have played both 1 & 2 i did take the time to see it through without skipping it. It's reasonably in-depth and you probably help new players get into the game pretty well. But once you start an actual game. ♥♥♥♥ hits the fan big time, even as someone who knows how things work in the franchise the gameplay in bb3 compared to bb2 was an absolute hot mess.

Might look into this one again in some time. But at this state... Not at all worth paying for a free-to-play cash grab
