I 100%ed the game in about 20h. It didnt have as amazing of an impact as the first game for me, though this was still really good. It isnt as harsh as the first game which might be more suitable for new players.
The visuals and ambiance is better than in the original subnautica, which are already great.
The story good, with a lot of references to the first game. You might not understand everything if you havent played the original (especially in the later parts of the story).
9/10 if youve played the first game, 7/10 if you havent.
Highly recommend.

AMAZING GAME! Ive followed it since start of development, always excited for what was new.
The story doesnt write itself, you have to progress yourself, without a lot of hints. This is 80% survival and 20% story in gameplay, though in hindsight it seems like i played this game for the story, switching the percentages.

After finishing Below Zero, this game became even better, since it answered leftover questions of this game and sort of gave closure.

10/10. My favorite game ever. (becoming even better after Below Zero)
