I haven't been this genuinely excited about DnD since my original campaign back in Advanced 2nd Ed. This game gives me all the nostalgic feels of those olden days.

PLUS! We get an AMAZING single player (with both local and online multiplayer options) with, get this, NO MICROTRANSACTIONS. This is easily my GOTY.

What seemed like a silly knock off of Portal and Stanley Parable ended up with an ending that made me just sit and smile. Lovely game, quick to beat, but worth the money I spent.

I own this game and all of the expansions IRL. This is one of the best digital transformations of a physical game into digital. When my friends aren't around to play, I don't mind playing the AI. Nothing will beat the in person game, but this is DEFINITELY worth it in a post pandemic world.

If you have a bunch of friends to play with and set objectives with each other, then this game is fun. If you play and expect this game to tell you what to do, you won't. It's an open world survival game with crafting. Their a dime a dozen. The only reason this one is getting a thumbs up is because it helped my friend battle his depression.
