Early Access Review
Unfortunately, I can't really tell you what the gameplay is like. I wish I could, but the motion blur makes me ill, and the option to turn off motion blur does not even perceptibly reduce it, much less actually disable it. Graphics options can only be changed from the main menu, so it's possible the multiple transitions are hiding a very small shift... or a total lack of one. Either way, unplayable. I reported the issue back when the game was still updating and have given them far too long to fix it - long enough for them to apparently abandon it entirely.

I guess I just have to hope that the fact I was giving them a chance to fix it will be enough to still get my money back.

Early Access Review
I did get my copy free, but from a friend, not the dev.

This game is absolutely the most adorable thing ever. It definitely still needs some love - early access, after all - but the dev is very responsive through discord, and mostly just needs more people willing to help test things. Even then, a lot of it is quality of life stuff, the foundation of the game is already very solid.

If you like survival/building/crafting games and want to be a kemonomimi, you will enjoy this.

Very cool little game with tons of amusing references and jokes. It demands none of you money and little of your time for this enjoyment; well worth it in all regards.

(CORRECTION: It seems there is a save, which I discovered by accident. This would be because the game in no way communicates that it will save your progress when you return to the main menu. This makes the time limit even worse, really.)

I'm really enjoying this game, but it doesn't seem to have had any updates for over a year, the dev is notoriously unwilling to engage in discussions, and there's a couple of serious flaws that mean I can't really recommend it to anyone else.

While I'm personally actually very much enjoying the simplicity, even as basic as it is, you'll struggle to experience everything it has to offer due to an in-game timer of about 5-6 days before you are deemed to have survived your "infinite" survival experience. Of course, this might well be because of a lack of any ability whatsoever to save, which would make lengthy runs somewhat difficult.

Makes me wish it was open source, or open to modding, so that at least someone else could tie up the basic loose ends.

Looked cute and promising (I crave a decent ecosystem game). Unfortunately, I wouldn't consider it really complete as-is; there's absolutely no ability to save (you cannot hope to cultivate any truly satisfying ecosystem in one sitting), menu options are incredibly limited, draw distance is very small for a (very rapidly) ever-expanding island on which you are meant to keep an eye on the whole ecosystem of. The draw distance problem is further worsened by the fact that some new species will spawn a fair way out on the water, and won't actually appear on your island until you go collect it. And it's moving.

There's also, often, extremely little feedback. This is true both of your actions - aside from deleting a creature/item, there's no apparent impact - and of the state of the ecosystem itself. The lack of informational panels only works when there are more sprites/models to communicate the most basic info. For instance, what are things eating? What plants are new sprouts? Which are growing old, and about to die? All in all, at least early free mode gives the impression of the worst kind of guessing game, basically just pouring energy into the flora and hoping that even does anything. Maybe enough trial and error would make this less opaque... except that there's no save feature, so there's not really any motivation to try and learn when your ecosystem will always be in the early stages, and the short view distance can make it difficult to judge the state of things.

I really wanted to love it, but even for the most simplistic of ecosystem games, it just doesn't meet the minimum requirements. I liked everything else: the controls are standard and respond well, intuitive enough to require no tutorial - moving around works exactly as you'd expect; the art style is simple, but adorable and endearing; the concept is one I desperately desire; the music is peaceful. However, no saves, no feedback and little draw distance just spell a death sentence here. Any sign of recent activity an I'd give it a second chance, but there's been nothing since 2017.

I'm liking it, can start AI matches... however, trying to do the tutorial levels throws me to a queue that never seems to resolve. And then, after every match, it gives me the tutorial screen because I haven't finished the tutorial -_-

Add to that a patchy population, so you can't always get a game in a reasonable span, but AI matches don't count for any kind of rewards.
