This game has a great mystery and story behind it. It's very satisfying to be able to weigh the character's statements against each other and identify the inconsistencies.

I also really enjoyed the setting and story, brief as it is. I feel like i want to know more about this bizarre world!

My registered play time does include 100% completion, so do be aware of that going in. However I found that there was enough there to satisfy me, even if it's more of a short experience (especially if you are able to make accusations without having a complete picture of all the contradictions and evidence, which is possible).

Brilliant puzzle and language game, can strongly recommend. Very achievable puzzles (middle click is your friend and guide) and beautiful presentation in music and art style. Can be done within about ten hours depending on how quickly or slowly you attempt the game, but there is a real delight in thinking about the words you are seeing and how they all connect.

Control is a very enjoyable SCP-tinged action game. SCP content can be cringe but this is done nicely with a good balance of fun and horror. Lots of treats for long-time Remedy fans to pick up on too! Plus, the visualisation of a 70s-science-technology industrial organisation is beautifully realised if you crank up the settings. Strong recommend.

Ion Fury is, as the other reviews say, a great old-school-style FPS. Challenging but not unfair, decently funny, great feel and inventive level design make this a great pickup. An excellent reminder of what Duke Nukem used to be (but arguably better).

Great puzzler. The hints are there to find all you need to know if you think about it and look hard enough. And the art style was a great choice, it looks great on your PC (the compression from videos will not do it justice).

Very worthwhile game, recent balance patches have helped keep the game varied and alive. Looking forward to the other maps coming soon!

DIrty Bomb is an excellent example of how movement mechanics are one of the most important parts of an FPS. Every other game feels stale and slow when you've played a few rounds of Dirty Bomb! The free to play elements are relatively generous, balance is largely good, and gaining credits to buy more of the mercenary roster is not challenging. Maps are not released often but the development team's FPS lineage shines through, as again they are excellent examples of great FPS maps.

Downside? The game is tough, but fair. If you run into experienced players while new, you might struggle. Experience in other FPS games can translate well though. Loadout cards can feel annoying at the start, since some are certainly better than others, but getting the bronze cards (those that have the full three perk slots filled) is again not difficult.

I would highly recommend at least giving this game a go. And if you do, try to find the level 5 max servers when you get started!

NEVER EVER EVER BUY THIS GAME. It's so not worth it in so many ways. If you fancy a 5 minute rant about exactly why this is the worst game I've played ooh... say in the last year then ask me.

Coming back 4 years later to reconfirm that this is a dreadful game.
