This game performed horrifically for me through my entire run and it seems like the devs have refused to fix it on the forums. That said, incredibly fun game despite performance. If a quirky, funny mystery game against a horror backdrop sounds like something for you, definitely pick this up.

Great art, music, characters, and most importantly, rewarding exploration and fun (though not difficult) puzzles. Definitely got me to keep an eye on whatever Baroque Decay has coming up.

Getting abysmal performance no matter the settings on 3080, Ryzen 7, 16GB RAM. Completely unplayable with strange artifacting around moving characters, constant stuttering especially in cutscenes where the audio will also desync, and incredibly long load times in between every single scene. The settings menu is terrible also, you're given barebones options. Can't even set an FPS cap beyond 30, turn off motion blur, and so much more.

I did enjoy the setting and the characters seemed fun, it's too bad but I don't want to waste my first experience like this and you shouldn't either. Wait it out, or look into console versions.

Godly rogue-like. So much variety in playstyles, incredible art, the music slaps, so many interesting, fun characters, and several dozens of hours of content. Feels like I barely scratched the surface even after my first win. The feeling of all the upgrades coming together to form the most busted build is so on point in this game. Easily one of the best games of 2020.
