Honestly one of the most relaxing games ive played recently. I booted it up and felt the good vibes rush in. even for the one or two experiences it was very worth it, thank you!

If you don't read the entire review the TLDR is this, Its an amazing rougelike that is totally binge worthy.

For me I started with a overwhelming love for the graphical design, then matured into a love for the gameplay and lore itself. To compare dead cells to other games id definitely have to say its a rouge legacy mixed with a dash of your favorite dungeon crawler. I first bought this game way back before its full release in October 2017 and oh boy did i ever love it, the potential i saw and the game i was playing was absolutely my taste. when they started to update it i was displeased, at the time fundamental Red, Purple, Green had just been implemented and to say i didn't like it would've been an understatement. but slowly and surely as i played i began to realize that they were right... Part of the game at that point that i loved was the synergy you made between you're weapons and skills, what i hadn't realized was their rework was just adding to that foundation of fun. As they continued to update that game, i would sit eagerly at the edge of my seat waiting for the next piece of lore or the next new addition. And again at first I was sad to see some of the older mechanics go but most of them ended up being repurposed in other places and made more sense then they previously did. i got my cousin to play it after he had previously shown distaste towards the graphical style and when i questioned him again towards it he said not only had it gown on him, he actually liked it. I am absolutely glad I bought this game back when i did and if i had to buy it again today i most definitely would.
