Cannot recommend in it's current state.
- Visibility and general readability of the game is atrocious. If you're stood inside looking outside you get flashbanged, if you're outside looking inwards it's pitch black.
- Spread/bloom changes since beta which no one asked for, resulting in SMGs being better at range than ARs. Fire whoever is in charge of weapon balance.
- Inconsistent hit registration. Granted that's a given with BF games.
- Shotguns are still ridiculously overpowered. Nerf their range a bit.
- Sound design is poor. They must be using EV tanks/IFVs because you can't hear them half the time.
- Grenade indicators are absolutely tiny, so you miss them half the time, especially given how much useless clutter/post processing impedes the visibility in this game.
- Poor map design, especially in Rush. Remember when they used to design the maps around the game modes?
- Forced random 20 second delay to spawn when joining a server mid round - the kicker being the timer resets back to 20 if you make the mistake of opening your loadout menu to customise your weapon in the downtime.

I think most of these issues are fairly easily remedied, but the obnoxious amounts of spread (which seems to reset really slowly, making bursting not mitigate it as well as it did in older titles) and piss-poor visibility just ruin the experience for me.

Good TW game. Political system is worse than Attila but otherwise it's fun. A few "infinite loading screen" bugs, which can be fixed by changing the process affinity.

Best battles in any historical TW, but this tweak is vital on newer hardware!

As is the trend with most modern shooters, controller aim assist is just ridiculous. It genuinely feels like playing against aimbotters, it's insufferable. No option for input matchmaking. Other than that, it isn't enjoyable as i remember Halo 3 and Reach multiplayer being as a kid. Hard pass from me.

Pros:
- Extremely satisfying gunplay, tracking people on jump pads etc with AKM is amazing!
- Good maps + destruction, lots of ways to manipulate the map to outplay opponents
- Good variety of playstyles catered to.
- Power shift is very fun, albeit sometimes ruined by an entire team of snipers in their spawn.
- Extremely good hit registration, and that's coming from someone playing on wifi.

Cons:
- No class limits. Playing against 3 heavys in ranked, all using sledgehammers on an enclosed map is 0 fun. It'd be nice if they didn't allow 3 of the same class in 1 team, at least for ranked.

Very fun for the most part, give it a try, it's F2P after all.

Best FPS game but pick it up on Origin/EA instead for the same price, Steam never bothered to patch the bugs that come with the steam port.
