It's like having a discussion with the spirit of autumn. This one has a pungent vegetable/autumny decay taste and smell. Don't get me wrong that is a good thing. To me, it reminisce of the cool days of fall when the crop from the fields are harvested. If I can be more specific, I'd say that every sip of this tea bring back the smell of a humid fall evening where the air is heavy with the smell of decaying organic matter. It brings me there, I can imagine myself sitting on the porch, breathing in that fresh and organically charged air and feeling as if you were one with nature. The mouthfeel is thick and envelopping and the freshness is definitely there. When cold, the taste has added wheaty features and it looses some of it's envelopping properties. So it's way better hot, but still interesting when cold.
