A great low budget Skyrim basically. It does have some flaws. I went archer with 0 strength and intelligence in the character creation screen. By level 30 my damage and survivability dropped to the point it was hard to progress. Turns out 0 strength locks you out of most armor. I was still wearing starter chest, pants, and boots. I couldn't craft a new bow because 0 intelligence locks you out of crafting. It's best to look into builds before just willy nilly creating your own. I didn't want to lose 15 hours of progress. I ended up cheating and editing my save file and gave myself 1 str and 1 int. Another flaw is the day night cycle. Game doesn't give you good ways of passing the night or light sources. Playing in the dark is not fun when you can't see enemies or plants you're looking for in the environment. All in all, still its a great game, I will definitely be buying Gedonia 2, when it comes out.

I was really engrossed, start to finish.

The story is good and the characters are entertaining. I didn't like the game mechanics though. It's a merge between Arpg and turn-based, but because it's not fully either it doesn't do anything well.

I definitely am spoiled by the new RE engine, but still had a great time.

Game is overhyped with overwhelming positive reviews. It imitates Resident Evil games, and also rates higher than them? Oh please. This game has definite RE vibes but is in no way comparable to the real RE games. The sprint is slow and in these games you have to back track alot. Not enjoyable. Enemies, weapons, game mechanics are all super shallow. Only saving grace this game has is how cheap it is.

Quality game, kind of like terraria except more concentration on the digging.

This game is one of the best metroidvania's out there.

After reading some steam reviews, i noticed some people didn't like the controls, high difficulty, and annoying enemies. This game definitely takes strategy to beat. For bosses, a plan is definitely needed and for certain annoying enemies certain weapons should be used. Everything you do needs to be deliberate especially in the middle of the game. The beginning starts out easy. After searching the entire map I managed to get most upgrades without a guide. By the end I was definitely overpowered and beat the ending areas and boss with ease.

This game is hilarious. Best FMV game I've played so far.

Repetitive, overly simple game play, boring story, boring characters

This game/movie has serious issues that hold it back.

1. Main character is supposed to be a lead scientist, but imo acts more like role of girlfriend/sister of a cast. I think scientists and people in positions of power should behave a certain way, and this actress does a poor job.
2. The 2nd main character is a comic relief character. How does this make any sense to put a comic relief character in a game/movie that is supposed to be suspenseful? He literally makes a joke at all of the tense situations. I'm not sure what the writers were thinking. They wanted to make a lighthearted-suspenseful story? Makes 0 sense.

Think of this as a C movie.
