First game I've written a review on, here are my thoughts as someone who enjoys movement based games.

The game sells itself to be a fast-movement platformer and shooter, and that's what you get for the majority of the game, as far as gameplay goes it was very enjoyable!

the thing that kills me though is even though this is sold as such, the ending feels so lackluster, in the final chase with red, most of the time is spent waiting, without much ability card usage as compared to other levels, to me it felt dragged on. I wouldn't mind running through a level with a 10-15 minute clear time again and again if it felt like an exciting chase scene, one that felt like you were really pushing to stop her, but it just felt like for the majority of the time, you were walking around with slight ability usage in between. hell, some of the "boss fights" before hand were more exciting.

The ending decision- in order to get the "true end", you need to unlock all memories for each character, yet the game sells you on always trying to get the fastest time? it would make more sense to add the gift either after you ACE the level, or make the final decision based on whether you ACE all levels, for a fast paced game, having an ending choice be based on secret items just doesn't feel right.

as i said, this is my first review, so the game was good enough to make me write one, and i do think that as far as gameplay goes, it's very entertaining, but for a game selling itself as fast paced, the ending almost expects the exact opposite.

really good game but it seems like you barley get hurt early game, but i havent played it that much
