I have been playing this game since it's original android release back in 2009,
and I can tell you with the utmost honesty that it is one of the best tower defense games that I have ever played.
Even 5 years after its original android release, this game still continues to provide great entertainment for myself and many others.

The basic premise of this game is to stop zombies that are invading your yard from reaching your house.
To do this, you need to plant different kinds of plants that you get as you complete each level in the plots around your garden.

The game consists of 5 worlds with 10 levels in each that get harder as you progress, introducing new zombies with new mechanics that means you're forced to choose what the best plants for stopping them are.
Like I mentioned a few sentences up, you get new plants as you progress, this happens as you complete the levels.
Every time you complete a level you get a new plant...unless ofcourse the story needs progressing in some way, then you get an item for that progression.

Their are (in total) 53 different plants & 39 different zombies that all each have there own unique attributes to the gameplay.
All zombies and plants have their own stats, some are strong and some are weak...and some are even suicidal.
Zombies all have unique items that they will be wearing/carrying/using etc.
Some are fast, some slow & some even dance across your yard!
As for plants, they are all unique aswell, in both physical appearance and stats.
Some plants will be more powerful than others, some will shoot peas and some will explode.
But the important thing is that they get the job done!

I personally have taken (on my quickest speedrun of this game) about 6 to 7 hours, just to complete the main story.
And that isnt even a third of the game! When you've completed that, there are actually 3 extra unlockable sections in the main menu called "Mini-Games", "Puzzle" & "Survival", each of which put there own twist on the main gameplay such as making the zombies tiny so theyre faster, or having a bunch of pots in your yard that could have anything from peashooters to gargantuars in them, and giving you an endless wave after wave game of zombies that never ends!

I would say without a doubt that if you like tower defenses and you don't already own this game then you need to get it.

This game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ infuriating.

...but I'll be damned if I said I wouldn't keep playing it anyway.

Very rare is it in modern gaming that a game is so ball-achingly & painfully difficult, yet so addictingly intuitive that you can't help but play it over...and over...and over...and over...and over...
I've never been a big fan of rogue-like games, I never liked the idea of loosing everything you've worked ages for in an instant,
but this games atmosphere and smooth controls (and co-op mechanic!) make this an absolute joy to get angry at over and over again.

If you want to try to get a best high score, go right ahead, but this game is a learning experience, so try not to take it to heart when you innevitably die over...and over...and over...and over...and over...again.

Do you feel real life is too boring? Too bland?
Well too ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bad kiddo, that's life for ya.

But hey...you want an escape from that?
Something that seems like real life, but isn't?

GO NO FURTHER, THIS IS YOUR STOP.

Seriously, get this game. It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ free and it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing.

What can I say about this game?

You're basically given total artistic freedom with tons of different building blocks to mess around with.
Build spaceships alone or with friends in creative, or survive by yourself or with friends in survival.
This game is nothing short of the title "sandbox".
Definately one that needs to be experienced to really see what the hype is about.

I'd give it a generous 8/10
It's still got kinks to work out and a long future of updates.
