They try to listen to criticism, and have feedback with players to improve their game.
By making regularly updates, they polish their excellent game making it into a perfect one.
If some new updates are not liked by players, the developers listen to players's opinions and change some things in updates.
They even turned a bug into a game feature, because players liked it.
Community of this game is positive and supportive.
Playing it is like having some nice beer in a bar with your supportive friends.
