Amazing game:


The first half of the game has an Amazing story, with the coolest bad guy I've ever seen in a video game, but the story should end when Vaas dies, instead it goes on for another 10 hours: :/

I got this for free, and I tried it out for fun. And it is fun, but it could be alot better.
The UI and the controls are not very good (aka. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awful), but the worst thing about this game is, that the only cool puzzles are in the DLCs you can buy. Not a bad thing in general, but you own almost no puzzles in the beginning.
If you want to buy ALL puzzles, it would cost you 268,34€(!!!!!!!!!). That's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ insane.
But you can still have fun the first few hours, but I would never recommend this game.

Good:
- Cool Puzzles

Bad:
- UI sucks
- Controls suck
- 268,34€ for all DLCs together
- Almost no cool free puzzles

(when you don't mind older games)

I played this after I finished The Witcher 3 and The Witcher 1 is a masterpiece too:

- Your choices change the Story and are important (even more than in The Witcher 3)
- Awesome Characters
- Amazing Main Story
- A very long Story
- Good Side Quests
- Creates an awesome atmosphere
- The Combat (Yes I like it, although it gets alot of hate)
- You can choose many options while talking to somebody
- It's epic as ♥♥♥♥

- The whole game is just old and the controls are just a little bit weird sometimes, but that's ok for me, but I can understand when people don't like that.


So, if you liked The Witcher 3, because of it's atmosphere, story and characters, then you will love The Witcher 1, but it takes some time to get used to it.

DON'T give up this game before you finished Chapter 2, because after that it gets were it gets REALLY good!

The game is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome, Chapter IV was my favorite, because it was so unique in comparison to the other chapters. GREAT GAME!
