This game was on my eventually to play list, but take your single player microtransactions and shove it.

Having played all the old Mechwarrior/Mercenaries games on the PC and SNES, Mechcommander and even the Battletech mux's, I was hoping for something with a little more depth.

The starting bonus was nice and I don't mind the small selection of maps to play on, but unfortunately the game gets repetitive too quickly with the 3 modes offered that just felt too similar. The game just doesn't hold my interest enough for me to recommend it even with the F2P tag.
