Not much to say - The best GTA of all.

If you are a fan of 4X-games like CIV and Humankind, have a special interest in the history of Ancient/Biblical-Times (and a bit of politics), and have some money left (which hasn't been eaten up by your last electricity-bill), this game might be a little fresh breath of air, to eat up your (well-planned) intended plans to work on your thesis (or finish other tasks that are worth to procrastinate).
