Pros:
Some cool new features
Mission "replayability" (different difficulties, stealth/loud, etc)
More streamlined story (instead of having to work the story out yourself in Payday 2)
Don't have to hope for the right weapon attachments from card flips

Cons:
Taken away some old features I liked
Levelling up is a grind (and everything apart from missions are locked behind levels)
Story a little too streamlined (6 heists, think it's like 13 cut-scenes, I completed it in two sittings)
