One day, I was staring at this girl's back, beating the oceanid (as a Keqing main does), when all of a sudden, I noticed something. Keqing's cat ears had a stripe. Curious about what it was, I took a closer look (after beating the oceanid as a Keqing main does). Upon closer inspection, what had been portrayed and described as cat ears was, in fact, just hair! I recoiled in shock and disbelief, nearly dropping my phone down the toilet. How could this be? Even r/KeqingMains calls Keqing the "Cat Queen," but when in fact, Keqing isn't even a cat girl! Could you imagine how betrayed I felt, learning that my favorite five star character WASN'T what the community said they were?

I remember back when I had just gotten Keqing. The hundreds of dollars pumped into the gacha. My excitement in getting "the cutest catgirl" and "the strongest catgirl." My hours of grinding mats and artifacts, just for my cute cat waifu. Was it all a lie? Has my time come to finally quit Genshin Impact?
