The basics of good leadership in cod youtube clans imo is: Consistency, not only in uploads on youtube but also towards members so they know what theyre up to, Motivating the members, Being in control of what happens and what will happend, Make a planning of when you do what. Most 'clans' are not more than a tag with the leader just asking around if someone has anything to uploadPeople should be commited to a clan, they should be motivated to strife to become better as a whole, They should be challenged and not just get their monthly quad feed ep out to be gay with likes with everyone else and then suck each others ♥♥♥♥ in the comment section posting "sick" on qf eps, But thats apparently how it does go with most ppl.
