good way to boost steam lkevel

if its on sale i guess its ok and i got it free for buying some game bundle and it gave me a key for this game and i later returned the bundle i bought as it was not worth it. for $10 not worth it, i was having frame issuses on a $2000 computer even after messing with the graphics settings. the game is self is a lot like portal in the way you use the blocks to active things in the game but the controls are very delayed and feel slugish. the "story" if you can even call it that is that you are a hacker, two things wrong with this 1. the game encouges controler gameplay so a little confusing there 2. the only computer related part of this game i have seen is that you collect data fragments.
