I have been a Touhou fan for a while, and one of the game concepts I always wanted was a coop Bullet hell game! And making it roguelike was the cherry on top. Mino cooked with this one! It's amazing to see this game get the attention and praise it deserves.

This game is difficult and will test your skills and your team work! The way the raid aspect of this game is executed is beautifully done as well. It really feels like you and your friends or team mates are going into one of those MMO dungeons! On top of that, the art and music is lovely, and the story is bittersweet.

Definitely recommending this little hidden gem!

Slight Maiden and Spell spoiler ahead:
In Maiden and Spell, it was amazing to see how Stargazing Downward showcased what a raid boss could look like on a Bullet hell game (albeit you being the boss). I am so glad we get to see the other side of this coin!

This game is good! As an OJ player, I can say with certainty there there is elements that are similar but this game stands on its own, it has good graphics, and its fun with friends! It's not fair to compare it.

Great game, perfect for solo and multi-player. Although I recomend playing it with friends, it makes the game more interesting!

Don't starve together loves to throw unexpected stuff at you the first times you play, and because of this I recomend playing without guides and seeing how far you can get! Eventually you will have to look up guides, so don't feel discouraged in doing so~ I guess the only downside to this game is that there isn't any tutorial in game, you are just thrown in the world to survive. It's a lot of trial and error, but once you get accostumed with the game mechanics surviving becomes super easy, and new frontiers of challenges open, like the end game boss fights and such.

The variety of characters is really nice too (Even having mod characters on the workshop!), don't feel scared to try any character, even if you think the disadvantages are too much, sometimes the risk is worth it~

Tldr: Definitely recomended, a lot of trial and error but really fun to figure out, great roaster and overall a great time with friends and/or alone!

In a way, we are also Fall Guys in real life.

I love this game and think it's criminally underrated. The idea of a Shoot 'em up game with multiple endings is a really unique concept that I have only seen from this game. The dialogue and it's diferent variants is really good as well, and the endings are really heartwarming.

The gameplay can be a bit ruthless if this is your first time on the genre, but the game is kind enough to give you endings if you manage to clear it within 3 continues, so give it a try! If you are a fan of 100% Orange Juice, you surely will enjoy the interactions between the characters!

This game is super fun, both on single player and multiplayer. Definitely a good choice if you love shooting games like Touhou and such. It has a good variety of characters, and it's well balanced (for the most part).

Also the netplay code is really optimized, it rarely lags or desyncs.

Where do I even begin with this review...

I guess the first thing I need to suggest is that you gotta stay away from the anime adaptation. It was rushed and it messes with the story a lot. And if you already watched it, my advise is that you cool it down and try to forget all you saw there, and maybe give this VN a try in a couple of months, when you probably had forgotten about it (LOL).

With that out of the way, I safely say this VN is one if not the best VN I have ever played. It's soundtrack is godlike, the story is really well written and the characters are really lovable. Some people might not like it since it's really grotesque at times (it's a Murder mystery VN after all), and sometimes the fanservice it's kind of in your face (Or at least ti was for me lmao), but if you handle those items, I can assure you are going to love this VN.

On your first playthrough you are locked into the common route, but after that the endings are amazing (not saying that the common route isn't amazing tho). And don't get me started on the True end, it perfectly ties everything on the other endings and uncovers all the mysteries presented on the game, tho ngl I kinda wanted more after that.

The gameplay is pretty straightfoward. Sometimes in the story you are going to get something called the Delusion Trigger, and your task is to choose between a positive or a negative delusion. On your first playthrough your choices won't matter much, but after that these will influence what ending you get.

To wrap this review up, I totally recomend this VN for anyone who loves a good murder mystery. Doesn't help that this takes place on the same universe as Steins;Gate, and it also has a lot of references to it to it (and to Robotic;Notes). Oh, and I recomend applying the fanmade translation patch present on one of the Steam guides of the game. It makes the game more enjoyable!

This is the essence of Touhou fanmade games. Gorgeous art, amazing music, great roster of playable characters (They have Koishi and Satori as a pair!) and difficult spellcards to memorize. The dialogue is also voiced on Chinese, which is a neat touch (and also it's adorable!)

This game deserves more recognition. I do hope we get to see an english translation soon, this game totally deserves it.

Also the last spell of the game is the most epic thing I have seen on any Touhou fangame. Kudos to the devs.

Amazing metroidvania experience. Kinda difficult at first but it becomes really easy with practice. The time stop mechanic is awesone too. Definitely recomended if you love good Touhou fan made games.
