It is a very immersive entry into the world of Stalker universe, and it holds well.
Although it is missing some amazing features from the previous games, it does not matter that much.
A few bugs here and there for me, nothing game breaking. The story is great and fun to play, guns feel great to use.
Can't wait for all the mods.

Bad launch, a literal cash grab. 60gb file size for two games that originally were less than 10gb each. Textures upscaled by AI, legendary campaign cutscenes missing, Galactic Conquest does not work properly on mouse+keyboard setup, online multiplayer unplayable.
Gameplay is smooth though, if they fix the big issues with this, it will be a good game. But right now it isn't anything more than another scammy cash grab.
How can you fail to make a game that has already been made??

Best fps game in years

By Blood Alone adds some long awaited improvements, most important being a rework for Italy and the plane designer.
However, as a total it broke the game by removing the ability to determine your air wing size. Now all air wings are 100 planes. This made the plane designer quite obsolete, as you don't anymore have control over how many and which planes are in each wing. For an example, as Japan, you just can't have a proper air coverage over the Pacific islands, like you could before. And minor factions have this issue aswell, where before you could have 200 planes as for an example China, and cover 10 regions with 20 plane wings, now you can only cover 2 regions with 100 planes in each.
Even making the wing size divisible by 25, so 25/50/75/100 planes in each would have been better, and probably still worked as a fix to the AI overstacking airfields problem, for which this counterproductive "fix" was implemented for.

Played since the beta, I love this game and I can easily recommend it to anyone who likes medieval games. Of course we have bugs here and there, it's EA after all, but nothing too bad in my opinion.
