Interesting survival game with nice mechanics, sadly game isn´t being updated and the sickness system is stupid because it is almost imposible to find any antibiotics in game to cure a single sting

EDIT: Somehow the devs managed to fix the game, at least 90% of it, now it plays and runs way better in many aspects (gameplay, interface. crafting, mechanics, and even graphics). The devs also added a co-op mode in which you can play with friends, truly a huge improvement over the old Stranded Deep which seemed abandoned by its devs.

EDIT 2: After finishing the game I have to say this. Stranded Deep is a pretty clunky game, but it exceeds on atmosphere and survival mechanics. Exploration is this game biggest flaw, dozens of virtually exact islands all over the map with nothing that differentiates them, (apart from the 2 abandoned survivor camps I found in my whole game, one of them containing Cast Away's Wilson). I had to install a map mod since this game provides virtually no map or way to make exploration bearable. Ships and even the gyrocopter go extremely slow and exploration gets tedious after 4-5 islands. Apart from that Stranded Deep is worth the grind and provides a great survival experience, plus the ending is interesting and makes up for the boring mechanics. Crafting could also be improved as well as animations, but like I said before, the atmosphere of a sunset over the Pacific islands and the interesting progression (need to kill 3 bosses to progress to the end) manage to make up for it. Would recommend playing co-op since it would make the game faster and more fun. Overall I recommend Stranded Deep.
