It's been a few days since I've finished the game and I still can't comprehend it.
Seriously what the ♥♥♥♥ did I just play? And why was it good? Horny, violent and tacticool.

Technically, it's a mess- poor optimization, too many keybinds, some mechanics just feel bad.

But it is FPS mastery, and is deserving of nothing less but to be called a masterpiece.

The game is good. The soundtrack and level design is on par with it's predecessor "The Citadel" and the gunplay feels even better.
Enemies sometimes survive your disfigurement, which is very unpleasant- and it takes a few extra stomps to make sure they don't squirm, alternatively a good axe to the neck or shot to face can fix this too.
Reloading is now 3 button presses and you can pleasure your shotgun, sharpen your axe (for comfort amongst all the havoc) or simply play with the bolt on your SMG.
The violence is even bloodier than the first game, but you'll get used to it. Not a big fan of all the intestines flying around, since they tend to stick to my fancy boots. (I'LL NEVER FORGET THE BODIES)
The plot is honestly whatever at this point, something about incest, the rapture and god.
Overall I rate pantsless gal's wacky bible adventures an Esoteric/10
