For some reason you can only use this in war games. Have fun playing solo, since you can rarely find a game of it.

I originally put up a positive review for this game, but after sitting on it for 2 months I genuinely can't believe this was released in the state and tone it was. I don't know how or why writers who obviously have zero care for the IP ended up driving the ship (especially after the care BBI put into Deserts of Kharak), but good lord was it ever a mistake. It's a fun game to play, looks and sounds great which iis the bare minimum for a homeworld game. However, after realising this is probably gonna be the last mainline game, yowch, what an awful taste in my mouth.

This game is THE ♥♥♥♥. Nightdive's kex engine is just a cherry ontop for newcomers and old fraggers alike! So many options, features and working MP!
