the battle design alone is a huge selling point for this remake; highly recommend if your prior experience with the series was limited to XI or the 3DS remakes.

Good shooting in politically questionable scenarios. The full co-op experience is excellent when it comes to many of the game's setpieces. Time has been kind to this game and the art direction holds up well, though sadly the more light-hearted adventurous tone from RE4 doesn't carry over into this game.

Plenty of meat on the bone after a few years in early access. The mix of keeping track of your weapons alongside crawling through rotting cabins and sewers makes this an easy recommend for fans of Thief, Deus Ex, and other great sim shooters.

Excellent puzzle adventure with exquisite pixel graphics and a well-done difficulty curve that will have you scraping across the entire world for incremental progress. Backed by a bevy of relaxing and memorable soundtracks and audio design, this game is a great start to wiling away a few hours of your summer.

This game is proof that no matter how much good animation, funny jokes, or quality voice acting there is, if your adventure game has annoying puzzles and the pacing of a day at driver's ed school, it won't be fun.

Culling Dinosaurs is good, honest work

A great game that's way too long for its own good, at some point you'll start to feel each additional hour of story sap your will to live as you watch the finish line stretch further and further away. Nevertheless it's an incredibly well-realized rendering of the Alien universe with fun, tense stealth survival gameplay and some of the most satisfying QTEs I've played.

The feeling of going on a hike while being in a nonstop zoom meeting on google glass. An excellent puzzle game that offers an excellent artstyle and surprising variety compared to the first Talos Principle.

A masterclass in fighting game quality, with all the big budget the series deserved since capcom cheaped on out SFxT and SFV. Every character radiates incredible coolness and sex appeal, the gameplay is fast and fun, and the soundtrack is excellent. The only thing holding the game are the developer's pitiful attempts at shoehorning in microtransactions and grinding in world tour.
