game it self is great but the whole payment experience is giving me a headache

-I keep getting hit with Error:i2501 on my brand new account when trying to pay for stuff on the Mog station (Email SE still haven't heard back yet) and no i don't not have VPN on

- Only showing Steam wallet as a payment method no visa no paypal not even Crysta
