Nope, no bounty is required. Once the burn is completed and the Hunters run away you can stand up. One time with Resilience and my Bomb Lance I managed to survive a Concertina Trap that had been activated on my downed corpse, after standing up I then made it back to fight the guys who downed me.

Just in case you did not know, a fully burned out Hunter with solo-revive can still stand up. Bear trap or unexploded Concertina Trap is the only way to be sure.

Yeah, I was saying to myself, "Is he seriously going to let me get up again with the Bomb Lance in my hands?" Also, I could hear they did not reload before trying to revive you, which did not help.
