An enjoyable, but ultimately hollow and diminished remake of a great game. Like all remakes, it fails to improve upon the original whilst actively choosing to make aspects present in its forebear worse. Save your money and get the Enhanced Edition instead – then, if you're still interested after that, buy this at a significant discount.
