Hades is the first roguelike I've played in years that feels like it truly innovates aspects of the genre that are so often underused or forgotten entirely, weaving a narrative across your many runs and hitting you with new dialogue every run, keeping not only the gameplay fresh, but also the story. Get this game if you enjoy a good roguelike, and especially if you enjoy a good story.

A tense, atmospheric game about sneaking around on a space station with a single Xenomorph lurking about. Looks beautiful, plays wonderfully and scares the ♥♥♥♥ out of you. Hits all the notes you'd want a game like this to hit. Highly recommended!

This remastered version of the classic Age of Empires II is everything you could hope for and more. Not only does it make the game playable on current hardware, there's a ton of new DLC with it to spice the game up beyond its original content. Just the base game will get you the classic AoE II experience, including the Age of Conquerors DLC from back in the day. Throw in wonderful online multiplayer and you have yourself a renewed classic. I cannot recommend this game more.

A game that balances building a creepy atmosphere with keeping the story interesting so well you can't stop playing. Replay worthy. 10/10

Has a level editor as well, for those who are into that.

The wonderful pixel art, atmospheric music, minimalistic storytelling and solid combat fuse together to create a thrilling, punishing 2D action game that evokes FEZ, Zelda and Dark Souls. A wonderful game to sink your teeth into for a while. Plenty of collectibles too, if you're into that sort of thing.

Harkening back to the NES era, this game is a masterpiece of design, sporting tight as hell controls, great pixel art and a nightmarish difficulty curve. When I say nightmarish, however, I mean it. This game pulls no punches. If you're easily frustrated, stay away, but if you think you're a bad enough dude (or gal) to make it through 1001 traps without pulling literally all of your hair out, this game is for you.

Great pixel art, tight controls, a plethora of unique and fun characters, nigh endless replayability and an insane though fair difficulty curve (sounds weird, but makes sense) set this game above its peers. Do yourself a favor and buy this game.

Another game that I own on both the 360 and Steam. Spelunky is an amazing platformer with rogue-like aspects and an insane amount of replay value. This game is amazingly polished and well designed. Everything about it is great. The music, controls, artstyle, gameplay, depth. It's a ton of fun and one of my favorite games of all time, up there with giants like Super Meat Boy, Braid, LIMBO and even triple-A titles such as Dark Souls and Halo. If you're looking for a game that's difficult, replayable, well designed, and, most of all, fun, then this is the game for you. If you're still not convinced, I suggest checking out the free version (the game that this HD remake/expansion was based on) at the following link: http://www.spelunkyworld.com/original.html

A Minecraft-inspired, 2D side-scrolling rpg about mining, exploring caves, killing monsters, collecting loot, building structures and exploring some more. Highly recommended. - EDIT: On top of all that, the recent 1.2 update has introduced so much new content that I've invested almost 200 hours on top of the 100 hours I had originally spent playing the game. This update has completely renewed my interest in Terraria, so if my initial review wasn't convincing enough, I hope it is now. Buy this game! It's so good!

A fun, very well designed game with a cool mechanic, funny dialogue and great music. Pick this game up if you like fun.
