Why are you always playing "Steam"?
I'm running ArchiSteamFarm on all of my accounts, when idling they all play appid 753, which is the appid for "Steam": https://steamdb.info/app/753/ . ArchiSteamFarm is running 24/7 on a different PC so I might not actually be online, I might not respond to your message because of this.
