One of the best games I've ever played. This mercenary system is just incredible. And when you can finally get a grip on your emotions and stop shedding tears because your badass two-handed sword wielder of death who can send three enemies to the afterlife with one wide arc of his mighty weapon and convince the rest of your murderous warband to become followers of the one and only true god, Davkul, was laid to rest upon the fine sands of the arena because an evil man wearing almost no armor calling himself a "swordmaster" can seem to move out of the way of every single blow that three other powerful men can throw at him, then you can finally say you've moved on from the beginner difficulty... I'm sorry, I can go no further. My screen is getting blurry

First off, this doesn't really feel like a Rage game. It's a sequel, yet it's so different from the first one that the two can hardly be compared. The science fantasy has evolved greatly, unfortunately in a direction I'm not a fan of which is having superpowers. They are fun as hell to use gameplay wise, but I still don't enjoy them in the game. The shooting feels absolutely marvelous and overall gunplay is fun and super action packed. The story is okay. A little bit too cheesy most of the time. While that was Rage's story anyway, I felt as though it was a bit more tuned towards seriousness in the first one than this one. The vehicle combat is pointless half the time, but still fun I guess. There are some bugs too such as the dialogue. It just doesn't come on sometimes, so I have subtitles always turned on to combat that one. One thing that is very respectable is the fact that the weapon skins in the store can all be found in the game. I have absolutely no problem with microtransactions like this. They can all be obtained by playing. That's awesome to me. Overall, I think the game is an 8/10, but it depends on what you care about in games that will change your rating most likely. If you like the quirky story, you'll love this one. If you liked Doom, you'll not stop playing this game for its gameplay.

THIS GAME IS ACTUALLY SICK AF BRUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I have no experience with the previous game, but lemme tell you. This one is fun as hell to me. I like this better than any merchant sim I've played so far by a large margin. I also enjoy its quirky comedy side such as memes added into the game as tattoos. There are only a few bugs I've encountered such as changing the UI Scaling decimating the readability of the text on the screen, but that's not even a big deal to me. Another one being when the town is level 2, it says I can upgrade it again for 9K, but when I click on it, it says town is at max level. That's something I've had across two businesses so far, one singleplayer and one multiplayer. Overall, I think its well worth the money and I've had tons of fun playing it. The only thing I wish was more in depth is the combat. I like it, its straightforward and simple. I just wish there was more to it.

Not quite sure what everyone ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about. But it's fun for me, so whatever.

Skyrim got me into Bethesda games. Now Skyrim got me out of Bethesda games. Cool microtransactions on a single player game, keep it up.
