The game have its times when you can't play matchmaking but that is only for a moment, but i found a solution. If you go into a private match then exit it you should be able to play matchmaking again.
Other then that, the game is a fun first/third person based game. The game can be intense at times, for example when you go out and swim alone in the dark for treasures, out of nowhere comes this hungry whiteshark that shreads you to pieces.
