100% Everything because it's a good game!

Also, I hate Screwball, please just never add her again to future games.

The community is so ass and whiny but that's not the games fault. The game itself is fun and I love the guns. The characters are memorable and so easy to remember. But with so many characters it's not that easy for new players to join since there's a lot to unload onto them. The main gripe I have is the amount of Traps they will have to deal with going into the game. Not knowing how to look, find, or destroy them.
I love this game so much but I cannot say it's an easy game to play properly, but there is a lot of crutches you can abuse. The whole high RPM meta is a good example since it really relies on one head-shot from a huge volley of bullets going into a general direction. Any kind of head-shot will kill so it doesn't even need to be planned or predicted. With the whole one shot head-shot mechanic it really changes the game from a Tactical FPS to a TDM when in any rank with the wrong mindset.
When there are those moments where people actually play for the objective and stick to their roles it's so satisfying as well.
I am showing a lot of negatives with little positives and giving this a recommend rating but I am stuck to this game. I cannot give it up and I won't. Too much time, effort, and money dedicated to it. I only will say if you want to dedicate yourself to learn something I would say there is a lot to learn in this game.

I love this game a lot, love the combat and I love the character personalities and interaction, but there is just one thing that makes me take a double take for recommendations to my friends. The damn crafting system, it's just annoying and completely the one thing in the game that ruins it for me. If I want to get a specific roll I don't want to use up ALL MY DUST. This happens a lot when I'm trying to get a specific kind of properties, I use crit builds a lot so I like to have Cit power and chance for my items, but I can't keep waiting and wasting so much materials for just one thing. What makes it 10x more annoying is when you roll off of a set you can re-roll into the same stats 5 times in a row (yes this happens way too many times for me and I bet for others too). If they can at least tweak the damn crafting and just do the favor of making the cost a bit more expensive if you want to get specific rolls. This is just the one thing in the game that ruins my time playing it since it's such a big impact on what you should focus and be effective agents. For now I can't bare to even try to roll anymore and just pray if I get a drop it has the set properties I need.

I sunk so many hours into this game. It's sad that 2 years ago Valve said they would help fix this game. You can't even play on their servers. The community is the only reason this game has content and is even playable with community servers. It's a joke and needs to be fixed.
