Is there a reason WoQN's open roll prio wasn't designated as "No ToC prio" akin to BoRR's "No BoPT prio"? It's a 1SP upgrade for those that were lucky enough to receive ToC, and theres 3 casters that don't have ToC in Red. (one of them is using Bonecreeper, even)

I actually have an odd life. I'm a smart kid in high school; 4.00 GPA with all advanced classes. Can provide proof by the way. But outside of school, I like to do what every other teen does. I constantly chase vagina, even though being morbidly obese prevents me from ever entering the golden crease. I constantly "fall in love" (I am aware that I am not) because I see every girl as perfect, because when it comes to women I'm a damn teddy bear. I loathe reading, yet I'm a huge socialite. People are my thing, and making people smile, laugh, or even cry are the best things in life. My happiness is found by bringing out emotions in people. I can't wait to get the hell out of here and go off to college and try stand-up comedy; the new Ralphie May? Possibly. I party on the weekends, but abstain from drinking because I love my brain. And oddly enough, at 16 years of age, I'm practically addicted to the casino. At the Casino closest to my house, that sounds a lot of Chalktall ;), I always go up there and win money. From the slots to tables, I never get IDed, and my luck has yet to run out. The one time I got IDed, I was with my little friend who actually looks young. I told the cop to eat a ♥♥♥♥ and ran. Somehow my big ass made it out alive. I guess that sums it all up.
