First, you need to pick out a background (fastest way I found is to go here: http://steamtradingcards.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Profile_Backgrounds and just scroll down untill you find one that fits what you're going for)
Second, you need to find the link to the background you're gonna use (go on its store page and click view full image , then just copy the link from your broswer) and use it here: https://sapic.github.io/#http://cdn.akamai.steamstatic.com/steamcommunity/public/images/items/215630/cb0bba816a59bb7b16556da9c09f13a32bc50ca7.jpg .
