Standalone is somehow more broken than the mod ever was. I understand it's an Alpha, but how is that possible? This also seems a like a game that will never leave alpha status because Rocket and his team of misfit programmers are too worried about arbitrary ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to actually code what this game needs (e.g. vehicles).

Save yourself the money and/or play the Overpoch mod for the Arma 2 Dayz mod (yes, a super mod modding two different mods of a mod). Seriously, it's a much better game.
